"Stairway to heaven" tuvo su premiere en Belfast, el 5 de Marzo de 1971. "Four Sticks" y "Gallows Pole" fueron tocadas en Copenhagen el 3 de Mayo de 1971, ¡¡pero aparentemente no fueron tocadas nunca mas!! "Misty Mountain Hop" fue también tocada en ese concierto, pero no aparecería de forma regular en el set hasta un año y medio mas tarde.
La primera gira japonesa introdujo el debut en directo de "Bron-Y-Our- Stomp" y "Tangerine"; "Friends" fue tocada en el concierto de Osaka el 29 de Septiembre de 1971 pero aparentemente nunca mas fue tocada de nuevo.
"Dancing
Days" tuvo su premiere en los concieros de Electric Magic en
el estadio de Wembley, en Londres, en Noviembre de
1971.
